Pebble Beach Villas in Vero Beach Florida are located on a barrier island on the Treasure Coast in Indian River County in the town of Indian River Shores. It is the first subdivision on the east side on A1A. It is next to a public beach called the Tracking Station. The location is very convenient because you are close to CVS Drug Store,7/11 which has the only gas station on the island. Beach market is less than a mile away along with the Bottle Shop. To the north of Pebble Beach Villas are The Village Beach Shops and Indian River Town Hall and Post Office.
Pebble Beach Villas have two stories they were built with CBS and Stucco in 1975.Many of the condos have been update. They have single car garages that make it great choice because at this price there are not many condos that come with garages and it’s nice to protect your car from the salt air. There are no elevators. There are 77 condos in Pebble Beach Villas. The two bedrooms and two baths have approximately 1170 sq feet under air. There are also three bedroom condos that have 1290 sq feet under air. Pebble beach offers a Club house, heated pool and tennis courts.
Pebble beach Villas maintenance fees range from $365 a month for the two bedrooms to $ 448 for the three bedroom condo. There is an application fee of $100. The fee includes master insurance, water, sewer, grounds and trash.
The positive things about Pebble Beach Villas in my opinion are its location, being east of A1A, close to town, they have garages and the fees are reasonable. The negative is no porches.
